Ads . . . getting a ton of them . . . is this new normal?

I don't know about others, but I am getting a ton of ads when I go to any forum. Here's what I see when I open the Men’s Basketball forum:
  1. Large ad below the top menu bar
  2. The Peyton's Place ad for ESPN+ below the top ad
  3. Basketball Recruiting
  4. Large ad
  5. Ticket Exchange
  6. Large ad
  7. 2019-20 Schedule
  8. Page number line
  9. Ad
  10. Ad
  11. Thread title line
  12. First forum thread

When I open up Basketball Recruiting, I see:
  1. Large ad below the top menu bar
  2. The Peyton's Place ad for ESPN+ below the top ad
  3. 2020 Basketball Recruiting
  4. Ad
  5. 2021 Basketball Recruiting
  6. 2022 Basketball Recruiting
  7. 2023 Basketball Recruiting

Is this the new normal? 'Cuz that's a lot of scrolling going on . . .

No, it's not. I'm trying to fine tune it. Google by default just throws up adds any where it can find. Ideally, I'd put one up top and one on the bottom and that's it. Sorry for all that.

When you advertised this new site you left out one important PIA thing. The ads!!! $1.95... that's it???

Whatever you’ve done seems to working pretty well. I’m getting one ad per page, the ESPN+ ad at the top.
