Sit 1, play 2? Also, seems to be the second recruit (Kotov) who is described as having a high basketball IQ, if I recall.

Hadn't seen that. Just found it. I'll move him to the Grad Transfer thread.

I was looking at this guy the other day ... was highly regarded out of high school . Started off decent in sophomore season and then couldn't make a shot - like Jefferson. Playing time disappeared accordingly. Risky but potentially high upside in my opinion.

I don't know if ISU is the place to come to fix your 3-pt shot. Still, he would be a welcome addition. I wonder how much of his shooting problems were related to his lack of minutes? At Indiana they probably don't have a lot patience when somebody's not playing well. Playing here might be different.

That could be a really good get for Porter.

Purdue's Nojel Eastern (6'7, 225, SG) is transferring. Looks like he's a grad-transfer but I'm not sure. He is from Evanston and held an offer from Bradley out of high school. Averaged 4.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists this past season. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in the MVC or at UIC.

I hate how fast that happened because it just confirms how much tampering was going on. Plus... inter-conference transfer? I wonder if they have the same rules as The Valley. All of the Purdue fans on Twitter "wishing him luck" may be changing their tune a little bit. I know I would've been sour if McIntosh would've used his final year of eligibility at UNI or Loyola.

I wonder if Grad Transfers are subject to different rules . . . ?

We saving that last scholly I’m guessing?

I think so. Muller mentioned a few weeks (months? time doesn't matter anymore) that he felt the team was set for next year. I think he'd like to get a sit out guy. If he really ends up holding it for a class of 2021 kid, then congrats to Malcolm Miller for earning a scholarship for a semester during the 20-21 season.
