I am guessing Poles wants to see if Kiran can push Larry Borom for swing tackle. Borom was a Pace guy and will make decent money in 4th year/contract year so guessing he could be expendable. I was hoping for a guy to push Braxton Jones at L tackle but I am thinking there that Poles loves the way...
FYI to anyone watching the NFL draft this weekend for something to keep in mind. There are only 58 underclassman who declared for the draft. It appears more and more kids are staying in school for NIL $$, thus not as much spots for people to transfer up/down for in the transfer portal.
This is spot on especially #5 my concern at nose, that what hurt last year. Dont want that to happen again. Something to keep in mind with the o-line is Lt Jj Guedet, Lg Zambrano and Rg Ryan Guaditis didn't play.
If you read the transfer portal thread and go to page 12 they talk about Boden. A few are surprised he chose ISU over a few other schools and they don't see the difference in a middling mid major and the Summit League. Some person also posts that he got $80k and a Ford Raptor as an NIL deal...
A- I'm ok with it just a little plain
B- is TOO plain and oversized Reggie needs to go.
C- Is the best imo and what I voted for. I like the 2 tone color.
D- I would take if it was black all the way around the entire court.
Early January they were getting above 4,000 to home games. When we win people will pack the arena again and then when Schertz leaves Indiana State will not be getting the crowds they are getting now. Vicious cycle but its a cycle.
I wish DB the best, he was definitely one of my favorite players but its without a doubt the offense without him moved so much better. The final 7 games and MVC tournament (1 game with DB) Myles avg 16ppg, JK 15 ppg and Mal 14. Johnny and Mal 3 point percentage also went up to about 45% each. I...
I heard this rumor late Saturday night with a friend who lives in Morgantown and has basketball season tickets. They are thrilled to get Devries and Tucker in Morgantown even if it is for 1 year. It kind of surprised me and all came out and about fast. Hopefully they can go to Morgantown and...
Not that I am against going to the MAC, it would raise the bar of the University and put us with like minded universitis but I look at Wichita in the AAC and Loyola in the A10 and they are both in conferences who may get the same NCAA tournaments bids as the Valley. How many times has Loyola and...
Id like to see Myles at the 4 with Chase or Lieb at the 5. Lieb offensive game is offensive but he gives us some length. If we could get a consistent 3 who could step up and make 3s and point guard who could consistently knock down a 3 with Mal and JK then that changes the offense. A stretch 4...
Pedon mentioned on the postgame on WJBC that the effort in the 1st half wasn't there and they didn't have the attention to detail that is required to compete. That tells me a few things. 1. We don't handle success well. 2. Need leadership to pick up and set guys straight. That should come as...
I was gonna say look at Banks reaction, just goes and walks off by himself. Starts hugging Pedon and the assistant coaches. In those moments you just go with it, idk what my reaction was other then jumping up and down in my seat.
Myles, might have gotten away with a Bear Hug on the screen but Dana owed us one from the hop, skip and jump that Jerrod Dixon had 6 years ago. You watch Johnny play and he's just so smart. He's a baller.
I bet Wichita State wishes they were still in the MVC. MVC has a a hire NET then the AAC and Wichita has dropped to 157 in NET. They are now 4-12 in conference and 11-17 overall but moving to the AAC really helped them out, huh. They literally went from big fish in a small pond to just now nothing.
I've never been lets leave the MVC for the MAC, if it comes to it, I would be open open to it but lets be real. Would this fan base get excited about playing a MACtion football game on a Tuesday night, when playing NDSU or SDSU is better on a Saturday then playing Kent State ? Would we flock to...
I think Chase plays more based on teams and matchups on who he can matchup with defensively. Chase played 5-6 huge minutes in the 1st half. 2nd Half Pedon has been shortening the rotation, but in general Chase plays more based on matchups. Anyways Foster had 18-14 last night and Klew had 17-10...
I thought of this exact thing. Never wanted Darius hurt but to see the way Mal has now found it and how the offense has scored 80 points in 3 straight games, there is some thing to it.
