We’ve had more Cinderella runs than ever lately. College coaches have constantly left for bigger jobs.
If you want to cry about the portal and “free agency” then I’m game. Whining about coaches using schools as stepping stones has been going on for decades.
Didn’t sag much? They literally dared us to shoot from 3. Banks passed up so many wide open looks. Evansville had nobody to defend Foster that’s why he was efficient. They still crashed on the paint.
You know why Evansville beat us right? They knew Banks and Burford were absolutely zero threat from deep. So they sagged off those 2 and collapsed on Foster. It worked. Burford needs to at least develop an okay 3 ball to keep the defense honest. When he was healthy (note not judging one game...

I’m okay with this. Offense was much better after he got hurt. Ball got too sticky with him on the court and his 3 ball was non existent. That said he’s a hell of a talent. Best wishes.
Sam Herder is awesome at what he does. That said he’s not a realignment news breaker. That’s a compilation post and most realignment outside of the P5 is quiet and not played out in public. Could we be having conversations that are not public knowledge to anyone? Absolutely. Are we though? No clue.
Delaware is going CUSA and has reaffirmed their choice. Allegedly Missouri State is going CUSA and WKU will stay. Don’t take anything as absolute in realignment until it happens.
The MVC is a one bid league. Indiana State did awesome this year and is sweating it out. The MAC is a worse one bid league and gets probably same respect nationally.
I think SIU is more unique. They, like us, are sick of not being a relevant program. Them even more so after their 00s success. Now you look at Domask and Jones tearing up the B1G. SIU had one of the best scorers in the country this year. Oh and all 3 played together last year with middling...
