The inflatable dome should be the first step. Getting all the infrastructure in place: field/turf, electrical, gas/heat, plumbimg/restrooms, etc. If planned correctly, in the future it should allow for an upgrade with a replacment of a permanent roof. Baby steps.

How do scholarships work in the portal? Do u give it up when u enter, or when u sign elsewhere? What happens if they don't sign elsewhere? When u have so many players in the portal, how do schools know how many open scholarships they have?
