Myles Foster is transferring as a “GRAD” but there certainly needs to be a (1) Transfer limit as an undergrad.

The MVFC should be moved to FBS. MVC is a top tier mid major basketball conference and can easily adapt to FBS football. MVFC teams can compete with CUSA, MAC, Sun Belt, etc. any given Saturday.
