5 seem to be a bit high I believe but who knows will transpirePedon has until July 1st to let the current group know if they're renewed. I'm putting the over/under at 5 of this group moving on.

10 spots to fill for any returning coaching staff is way to many. I do t see it playing out that way at all.You have to assume we'll have 5 or 6 portal guys, and probably pick up some two year guys in the process to replace them next year. It feels like the worst-case is that everybody stays, we pick up 2 HS guys for 24, and then trying to fill 10 spots in 25?
Exactly, just with JK it did have a special stretchMan if all the eligible guys stay with the newbies it could get pretty special honestly.
You think everyone should come back that can??Exactly, just with JK it did have a special stretch
With all the potential roster turnover from other teams and the number of 5th year players on ISU, Pedon should go all in for next year and diligently target a few key pieces. You think everyone should come back that can??
Agreed, especially since we have a solid core of 5 freshmen/sophomores. We can go all in next year and still have a foundation in place for the following year. With all the potential roster turnover from other teams and the number of 5th year players on ISU, Pedon should go all in for next year and diligently target a few key pieces.
That is probably the new future. Not that I like it but reality is there will be lots of movement going forward.10 spots to fill for any returning coaching staff is way to many. I do t see it playing out that way at all.
Idk all Ik is I’ve pleaded my case if I really really wanted something. Then I’ve worked hard to obtain it. That’s the only way I can answer that. You think everyone should come back that can??
I agree but 10 spots are a massive number to replace. It would take a miracle for a successful season at this level for any program. That is probably the new future. Not that I like it but reality is there will be lots of movement going forward.
I agree but w/o looking, I heard a sports talk show today about Utah St. which made the dance, having almost all portals. Not sure how true or how much, but it can be done apparently.I agree but 10 spots are a massive number to replace. It would take a miracle for a successful season at this level for any program.
Give the NCAA time....It's like the NBA's G Leaque except that have new guys moving in and off the roster through out the year.

This is really interesting. I kinda see Skunberg as more of a SG because I believe by his videos he have more of the ability to put it on the floor. So I can see he and Wolf switching spots even though I believe they both can be versatile. Competition for spots have been greatly improved. The staff are doing a great job.So this is roughly how the depth chart looks. Lots of wing players. Need a major addition at the 4. Foster was a huge loss.
PG: Kinziger, Banks
SG: Poindexter, Wolf, Norris, Blake
SF: Skunberg, Davis, Kasubke
PF: Daugherty, Pence
C: Walker, Lieb

Cannot stress enough that Pence is not a 4 but Pedon seems to want to use him that way, subbing him in for Klew most of the time last season. He's a wing and needs to be learning from Skunberg this season. So this is roughly how the depth chart looks. Lots of wing players. Need a major addition at the 4. Foster was a huge loss.
