I believe that is up to Bradley if they want to enforce it, but I think from the NCAA standpoint everyone gets a 1 time transfer without sitting. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I did some digging on this, and I think the Valley did away with their intra-conference transfer rule. I know that the P5 did when the 1 year free transfer rule went into effect.

I pinged Benson on Twitter and he confirmed what you said. MVC changed the rule when NCAA gave 1 transfer without having to sit
