Re: BU disgraces itself, telling longtime PJS beat writer 'You don't promote the Bradley brand'

I am just catching up on what happened today. If a college president has to issue a statement to correct a mistake like this, someone has to be fired. Also, I just read bradleyfans. Drugs can be enjoyable when used properly, but those posters are on the wrong dosage. To think the Journal Star (whic...

Re: Copeland, Hein out 2019

I do not know Copeland as a student but to (1) not qualify academically out of high school (I am presuming that since he went juco and I could be wrong) I don’t know if he qualified or not out of high school. It’s not uncommon for someone to be a qualifier out of HS and go 1-2 years at juco due to ...

Re: Copeland, Hein out 2019

I have no info on Copeland. In St. Louis there was buzz he might be looking into leaving. Just as there was buzz that he was staying. He’s a good student who was only ineligible because he bombed a single online test. Which caused him to not pass a class by the smallest of margins. And he had a prof...

Could be that they spent more time trying to get the players on the same page and didn't have the time to recruit . . .
Recruiting never ends though. It’s constant.

Re: Copeland, Hein out 2019

I'm starting to really see that. Did you see how Phil got yelled at during the Drake game? Like what could he have possibly done -- it's Phil! He comes to play every game, yeah he might done something a little wrong but why the public humiliation? Why not just calmly walk over and tell him. I'm sur...

Re: Thoughts for this week and going into 2019-2020--HCDM centric

I would just like some more challenging questions asked after games. If a player is benched for most of the half, that needs to be asked and probed some. Same goes with strategy type questions. I sure as heck would like to know why Rey was the inbounder on a play Friday vs Drake when that happened e...

Re: Thoughts for this week and going into 2019-2020--HCDM centric

Go back and check. Benson was critical about the handling of Yarbrough and reported some questionable “facts.” His coverage has been soft since. I’m guessing he’s not getting as much opportunity anymore. Sadly I believe there is a good deal of truth here. Benson went for the angle that we as fans w...

discuss: https://twitter.com/EnthusiAdams/status/1103517594026500096 Hard to make much out of this. Muller gets paid well. I don’t know what the assistants make. We don’t seem to fly any less than others, maybe Loyola Jets it more than we do. I will say this is one of the first years where the recr...

Can’t imagine he is going to graduate.
He just finished his 4th year of college. ( 2 years of juco and 2 years at ISU).

With the amount of classes they take in the summer, I’m sure he’s on track to graduate.

Re: Out Coached and Out Smarted

It is pretty clear now people... I can't count how many times we were out of position tonight on defense. Drake had key players injured + foul problems and we still looked lost. When we made runs cutting the lead to low double digits we insisted upon not pressing or playing zone. As a result, Drake...

Re: Arch Madness Talk

Surprised no one has brought up the blatant hook and hold by Darrell Brown that was shown about 20 times while they were trying to decide who's ball it was with a few seconds left. For a rule they are supposedly emphasizing this year, they've done a pretty bad job at it. https://twitter.com/halluni...
